Payments accepted include BCBS, Medica, Health Partners, Preferred One, PMaps, MA, TriCare, and Private Pay.
Other options may include Sliding Fee, Hardship and Probono.

Individual Counseling
FPR provides a comfortable, safe and confidential environment for your counseling sessions. Our licensed therapists have extensive experiece with the most common issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, abuse, grief and loss and more.
Couples Counseling
FPR has licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who strive to strengthen relationships utilizing their knowledge and expertise. FPR also offers Premarital/Enrichment counseling through individuals certified with PREPARE/ENRICH.
Family Counseling
Strengthening families is an integral part of FPR's mission. Our therapists encourage clients to include their spouse, parents, partners, children or siblings when appropriate in the therapy process. Whatever the issue, the change in one individual will affect others.

FPR provides a variety of support and therapy groups throughout the year. For example, our Truthought group aids in correcting congnitions of juvenile delinquents. Call our office to inquire about current groups being offered.
Diagnostic Assessments
FPR uses appropriate assessment tools and interview protocols to effectively determine a mental health diagnosis for clients. Our professional staff is thorough, sensative and will complete your diagnositic assessment in a timely manner. Come experience quality care.
In Home Therapy/Skills Training
Life is hectic and stressful; your therapy experience shouldn't be! We offer the flexibility of having therapy come to you. With a respectful attitude, our staff can facilitate change for clients within the comfort and convenience of their home. Accept private pay, PMAP and MA clients.
Family Group Decision Making
Certified facilitators will coordinate and facilitate a family meeting to resolve issues or develop a support plan for a family member. FGDM can be coordinated within a month and typically last a few hours. Accept private pay.
Supervised Visitation
Professional and safe supervision of children visiting with parents, family or guardians. The length of a supervised visit and the numer of supervised visits is usually determined by the referent and client. Let our staff aid you in creating a healthy environment for your children.
LMFT Approved Supervision
FPR provides supervision groups and individual supervision for those who are working toward liscensure. Individual supervision is flexible and will depend on the provider's schedule. Call for more information.

This experienced team will observe the therapy being facilitated by one of our professionals who is working toward licensure. FPR covers the insurance co-pays for those scheduling for collaborative therapy.
